IKEBANA: The Art of Flowers in Brunswick with Shastri Ellen Rook
April 28 @ 7:00 pm - April 29 @ 4:00 pm
Japanese flower arranging, also called Ikebana, can be practiced as a contemplative art. Under the guidance of Ellen Rook, students learn to create flower arrangements and experience IKEBANA as a creative and meditative dance with nature, space, and perception. Like meditation, IKEBANA teaches us to really look at and work with what is before us.
April 28th—April 29th, 2017
